Our Destiny
Property has and will always be our passion which is why you will be making the right decision when working with us. Adrian worked for a major housing provider for over 10 years encompassing roles as a Housing officer, Lettings officer, and Property manager. These roles honed a number of skills: maximising income, reducing voids, refurbishing properties, managing staff, contractors and being effective when dealing with tenants. The experience of working for a major housing provider gave us the confidence to grow and manage our own property portfolio successfully and now manage portfolios for landlords who do not have time commitments to run an efficient, well managed, profitable property portfolio . Filsane has a successful childcare business for over 20 years. Her professionalism and business knowledge is reflected by the outstanding reviews from the parents. She is especially knowledgeable and enjoys renovating properties.
